SHIPPING PAYMENT METHODS HOURS ORDERING Refused Shipments

NEW PORTLAND CUSTOM CYCLE’S RETURN POLICY

We reserve the right to final judgment on acceptance of any returns.
We will NOT accept C.O.D’S.
We will NOT be responsible for any labor or any return shipping charges.
We will NOT accept any returns without prior authorization.
 All returns MUST be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt.
All sales are considered FINAL and any returns (if accepted) will be for credit against future orders...
NO CASH REFUNDS....NO RETURNS AFTER 10 DAYS from the date of shipping.
If you return an item because you ordered the wrong part,
     there will be a 20% restocking fee.
You MUST  get  authorization from us PRIOR to returning an item. You will  need a Return Authorization Number before returning the item, otherwise, your item will be refused.

We will make every effort that we can to please you, but if any dispute should arise, this policy will be instituted, and shall be final. We regret to write any policy of this type, and will do our best to help you with any problems, but unfortunately, we have found that there are some people who are completely unreasonable.

We ship U.P.S. and USPS. We CANNOT ship to a post office box, therefore, we must have a street address.

You can expect to see your order within two to three weeks, depending upon availability.

Please refrain from calling to check on an order that has been recently placed. We try to get our orders out as quickly as possible.. But there are times, when we are out of stock of certain items, and have to wait for delivery.

U.P.S Tracking numbers are  E-Mailed to you the day we ship. U.S.P.S. notification email is sent day of shipment, so please remember to give us a valid E-Mail address.

Please refrain from calling for Tracking number, unless your order has not been received by 4 weeks. ... Otherwise, a $25.00 fee is charged for this service.

The Reason for this Fee:  We get a lot of phone calls asking for the tracking number. This requires, looking up the information, then reading the number to the customer, then repeating the number....This method slows us down on getting other orders ready for shipping and some orders get delayed till the next day.
All the customer has to do to find his tracking number is look at his E-Mail which was sent upon shipment.

Please be sure to send us a valid E-Mail address.

Privacy: We do NOT sell or give away any information from our customers.

All information, including name, address, phone number and charge card  is kept confidential.

PAYMENT METHODS.

We will NOT Ship C.O.D.   We accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards by Paypal.
Mail in payments are also acceptable. But, please bear in mind that, if you submit an order in with a personal check, it will delay your order by about 10 days in order for the check to clear. Mailing your order in with a money order or cashiers check will be much quicker.

OUR OPERATING HOURS

We are open Monday through Saturday. This is a one man shop so may not be able to answer phone calls immediately, especially if I am knee deep in a cycle repair or testing symptoms or repair (riding). If you leave a message, I will get back to you as soon as I can. If you don't hear from me within 48 hours, please call back... we may have been experiencing technical difficulties with the answering machine.
 
Monday thru Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
Saturday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
Sunday and Holidays only by   chance
